Carroll, who reportedly signed a deal to sell his company for $80 million, has a history of scandalous behavior. In February, Carroll made headlines for spending a fortune at Tom Ford to secure an invite to the luxury brand’s Milan fashion show, only to attempt to return the clothes after the event. His extravagant spending and erratic behavior demonstrate a lack of impulse control and questionable decision-making.
